Workboard Checklists, Multi-Assignee Tasks & More
1.29.0·
This release is all about helping your team stay organized. We focused on two improvements: checklists for your workboard, so you can break big jobs into clear steps, and the ability to assign a single task to more than one person.
Both came straight from advisors running real client work, and we are glad to get them into your hands. We hope they make your day a little smoother.
Break Down Any Task With Checklists
Checklists now live right inside your workboard. You can break a complex task into clear, actionable steps, track progress at a glance, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Whether you are onboarding a new client or working through a compliance review, a checklist keeps your team aligned on exactly what happens next.
- Searchable templates: Choose from pre-built checklist templates or create your own to standardize workflows across your practice.
- Real-time sync: Changes appear instantly for everyone on the task, with no lag and no refresh needed.
- Inline attachments: Attach documents directly to any checklist item, laid out clearly so they are easy to scan.
Assign Tasks to Your Whole Team
Until now, every task had a single owner. You can now assign multiple team members to any task, so it is easy to collaborate on client work, share responsibilities, and keep everyone accountable. The refreshed task view shows all assignees at a glance.
- Multiple assignees: Add as many team members as a task needs, which is perfect for collaborative work.
- Redesigned task view: A new two-column layout puts all task details, assignees, and actions in one clear place.
- Activity feed updates: See exactly who was added to or removed from a task, with new activity events for every assignee change.
