Meeting notes and client access fixes

1.11.3·

Fixes to meeting notes, client access, Wealth Path and data entry, with tighter wording on tax and legal matters in generated notes.

Improvements

  • Generate a meeting note in one step. Once every voice is matched, one Generate Meeting Note button at the bottom of a Capture saves your speakers, writes the participant summary and then writes the meeting note.
  • Meeting notes keep to the facts. Meeting notes and capture summaries never describe you as giving tax, legal or accounting advice, and a trade with no Reason to Own on file gets an Open Items reminder instead of placeholder text.
  • Vault preview stays open. The Vault preview panel now stays open beside your files so selecting never shifts the grid, Client Requests branding moved to a cog beside New Request, and Gather Files is now Request Files.

Fixes

  • You only see the clients you have access to. The client picker, the Dashboard, Recent Uploads, the Archive page and the client labels on captures and files now show only the clients your team access lets you view.
  • Monthly amounts save correctly. The monthly view on a contribution or withdrawal now saves the correct yearly amount, so check those amounts on any plan where you used the monthly view before this update.
  • Wealth Path shows the result you ran. Wealth Path now always shows and saves the result of your last full run, money fields keep exactly what you type, required rates and returns must be filled in, and Stress Tests and Best Moves only run when they apply to the plan.
  • Meetings count on the day you met. The Dashboard and the client page now count a meeting note on the day of the meeting, not the day it was saved, so imported history and notes written later land where they belong.
  • Forms and panels fit their content. Add Security asks before discarding what you typed and keeps Execute on screen with a long Reason to Own, the Contacts toolbar stays readable with a contact open, and the Portfolio Shift target lane is no longer cut off.
  • Meeting notes stay editable and accurate. A note generating somewhere else no longer locks the note you have open, deleting a note no longer shows a false error, a note that stopped generating can be retried instead of staying locked, and new notes appear in both Pulse views.
  • Names keep the capitals you type. Client names keep the capitals and accents you type, so McNabb, Hélène and Jan van der Berg stay as written, and names typed with Caps Lock on are tidied when you leave the field.
  • Qira drafts tasks on its own again. With automatic task drafting on, Qira again drafts tasks after a meeting note instead of failing and asking for a rerun.
  • Team Access saves when you add a client. Teammates you give access to while adding a household, trust or corporation are now saved with the new client, so you no longer set access again from Manage Team Access.
