Vault upload and folder fixes

Improvements to Vault uploads, plus a fix for folder file counts.
New features
- Drag and drop uploads in Vault. Drag files or entire folders into the file browser to upload them immediately, with folder structure preserved and progress you can track, cancel, or retry.
Fixes
- Accurate Vault folder counts. Folder file counts now show the correct total, including files nested in subfolders, in both grid and list views.
