A round of stability fixes across documents, recordings, tasks, and contact records, with more reliable error notifications.

Improvements

Error notifications persist, with one-click retry.. Failed actions now keep their notification on screen until dismissed, many with a retry button, and up to three recent notifications can stay visible at once.

Linked contacts appear as recording speakers.. People selected from linked entities now appear in the recording speaker dropdowns and the transcript speaker badges.
Attachments apply on the first refine.. Trade actions and linked transcripts attached to a blank meeting note now shape the note on the first refine instead of only on a retry, including when consolidating multiple transcripts.
Phone numbers keep every digit on paste.. Pasting a North American number now preserves all digits, including a leading 1, and displays consistently across lists and the contact detail panel.
Task titles auto-save while editing.. Task titles now save as you type, matching descriptions, so closing the task window immediately after renaming keeps the new title.
Linked transcripts appear when adding context.. Adding context to a meeting note now lists the transcripts already linked to the household, ready to attach.
Document edits preserve linked people.. Editing a document now pre-loads the people already linked to it, so saving after changing only the title no longer clears those associations.
