Task activity history fix

Continued development on capabilities currently in testing, with a correctness fix to how task activity history attributes changes.

Fixes

Activity timeline attributes assignee changes correctly.. Assignee-change entries in a task's activity timeline now credit the person who made the change rather than the person assigned, with the correct name and avatar.
