A new live activity feed across the practice with per-client histories, plus a performance rebuild of the Workboard.

- Live practice activity and per-client history.. A live Practice Pulse on the dashboard streams task activity across the practice, and each client now has a dedicated Activity timeline showing what changed, when, and by whom.
Improvements
- Workboard performance at scale.. The Workboard stays responsive with hundreds of tasks across columns, dropped cards land immediately in the correct sort position, and a slimmer column scrollbar no longer crowds the cards.
